International football agency, since 2018
VRS Elite Football Group represents and guides footballers through transfers, contracts and career decisions. Our players have reached clubs like Benfica and Trabzonspor, and the international stage.
An agency that knows the game from the inside. Since 2018 we have guided players from development football to Benfica, Trabzonspor and their national teams, and we stay beside them at every step of the way.
One partner for every decision that shapes a career. We negotiate, advise and plan, so the player can focus on football.
We place players where their game fits and where they will actually play. That means knowing the sporting director, the coach's system and the squad situation before we open a conversation.
A move abroad is more than a contract. We help players settle in quickly so their performance is not affected by everything around it.
We read every clause with the player's whole career in mind: playing time, development, release options and what happens after.
Together we map out where a player is now, where they can realistically get to and which steps lead there, including national team opportunities.

Personal guidance built around your level, your ambitions and what you need to improve.
You keep playing for your own club while we work with you.
We get to know you: your club situation, your goals and what you feel is holding you back.
We study match footage and look at your technical, tactical, physical and mental profile to find where the biggest gains are.
A plan made for you alone, with clear targets for the coming months. No generic programme, no group sessions you don't need.
Individual sessions, video analysis and regular check-ins, scheduled around your club's training and matches.
We evaluate progress together. When you are ready for a move, our representation team plans the next step of your career.
VRS started in 2018 with one belief: players develop best when someone looks after the footballer and the person at the same time.
What began as a development programme in Alicante, Spain, has grown into an international football group. Today our focus is player representation, transfers, career guidance and personal development, for players from the Netherlands and far beyond.
Over the years we have built a network of clubs, sporting directors, scouts and agents across Europe and in international football. That network, and the trust behind it, is what we put to work for every player we represent.
Led by Gwen van Riemsdijk, owner of VRS Elite Football Group.
Every player gets a plan of their own and one point of contact who knows their story.
We tell players where they stand, even when it's not what they want to hear. That is how trust with clubs is built too.
We choose the move that is right for the career, not the one that is quickest to close.
Players can request an intake. Clubs, sporting directors and agents can reach us directly about players, transfers and cooperation.
